FAQ – Van Hire with A driver
How many people fit on a van ?
Our van have seatbelts for 10 passengers including seat near the driver .We have 3 rows of seat , so we’ll have seatbelts for 10 passengers and extra cargo space . We also have 7 – 8 seats for passengers [ on request ]
What are your opening and closing hours ?
Our office is open 6 days a week [ Monday – Saturday from 08:00 am.- 17:00 pm. , however , if you wish to hire on Sunday or any day , please contact us to inquire via E – mail , Line , Whatsapp , Messenger or Phonecall [ contact us page ]
Where are you located ?
Our main office are in Chiang Mai , THAILAND . If you ‘re looking for a van hire out of the different city , please contact us here for custom delivery options.
How do I reserve a van ?
Booking are made via our website , where you can browse our vechiles , check the dates that they are available and go ahead and book if we have availability on the dates that you are looking for and you thought will not cancellation .
Do you accept cash as a form of payment or deposit ?
We can accept cash of payment . and no need to deposit but you can pay directly to our staffs / drivers / tour guides when you meet them in our place . [ office , airport , hotel ] So, we trusted you if you thought will not cancel our reservation anymore due to we sign a job for our driver’s staffs before the the date of travelling , please keep Promised and Respect what is said .
How to order a van hire as soon as possible ?
You can also order a van hire with driver if you need it immediately or as soon as possible . To help you choose the nearest driver offer you can check time left till the driver’s arrival .
What ‘s your smoking policy ?
There is no smoking allowed in our vans. You will be charged a mandatory THB 3,000 cleaning fee if there’s evidence of smoking in our van during your hire , including cigarette butts , ash , or a lingering scent of smoke.
Do you allow one – way transfer hire with driver ?
We do ! You can make a reservation for pick up and return between our locations here . If you’re looking for a one – way hire to or from a custom location , please contact us directly here for pricing and availability .
When should I make a reservation ?
The sooner, the better ! We recommend making a van hire reservation AT LEAST 30 days in advance . 60 Days in advance for peak summer travel and touring season is even better in order to guarantee we’ll have a van open for you . We always do our best to accommodate last – minute hires if our availability allows. We require at least 48 hours notice in advance to make a reservation online.
Can I choose the vehicle model ?
When you make a reservation of van / vehicle , please refer to vehicle fleet ,You can request form provider for a specific model, we do fulfill the customer’s requirement on request as possible .It’s depends on what’s available . We have Brand new van / vehicle of 2024 EURO 4 , EURO 5 pollution class very comfortable, fast and safe [ Luxury Van Hire Service ] But if customers have fixed cost to hire or limited budget , so we can offer other comfortable van with a high quality too which our company and the partner still using for travelling commercial [ just not a modern or a newest van / vehicle ] therefore you can require to view pictures of van.
